Both Livingston and Aberdeen will be looking to make it back-to-back wins on the bounce in the Scottish Premiership when thy lock horns at the Tony Macaroni Arena in their Matchday 15 tie on Tuesday night.
Livingston picked up a hard-fought 3-2 win at Kilmarnock last time out in the Premiership, which saw them bounce back from two winless games against Rangers (1-1) and Celtic (3-0).
The victory saw them climb over Motherwell into eighth place in the league standings, with a game in hand. They are also just one point off fifth-placed Hibernian and a win on Tuesday could seem break into the top half.
They should therefore be desperate for a win in this clash, but they meet a high-flying Aberdeen and will be hard to take points off them.
Aberdeen picked up a rampant 4-1 win over Hibernian at home last time, making it their third victory in their last four league fixture. The only setback in that run came at Rangers where they went down 4-1.
They are currently sitting third in the Premiership standings, seven points behind Rangers in second and two above both Hearts and Hibernian in fourth and fifth respectively. Therefore they will want to maintain their run as they look to continue chasing the top-two and avoid dropping to fifth.
