Hearts will be looking to bounce back to winning ways when they welcome Basaksehir to Tynecastle for their opening tie of the Europa Conference League on Thursday night.
Hearts failed to secure a place in the Europa League group stage as they suffered a 3-1 aggregate defeat to Zurich in the qualification playoff tie.
However that saw them secure a place in the Europa Conference League and they play in their first major European campaign since 2004/05 UEFA Cup this week.

They therefore have much to amend ahead of their Conference League opener on Thursday as they hope that a positive result in the tie can help spark their season back to life.
Meanwhile Basaksehir will look to take advantage of their hosts’ form as they seek to extend their unbeaten start to the new season.
The Swiss outfits have not lost in their last 10 games so far this season across all competitions, winning the last three in a row, while managing to keep two clean sheets in the run.
Therefore Basaksehir should be confident of extending their impressive run on Thursday as they seek to get their European campaign off a positive start.
