Club Brugge will welcome Bayer Leverkusen to Jan Breydel Stadium for their 2022/23 Champions League opener on Wednesday night.
Club Brugge are coming off a 4-0 home win over Cercle Brugge in their previous Belgian top flight encounter on Friday last week. The victory marked their fifth win in the league from their opening seven matches, while extending their winning streak to four matches in the league.
The Blauw-Zwart have lost just one of their eight games across competitions this season and they boast a 10-match unbeaten run at home.
