Sheffield United and Blackburn Rovers, two sides with positive records after the first few games in the Championship, will meet on Saturday at Bramall Lane with kickoff at 5 pm.
Sheffield United began the season with a 1-0 defeat away at Watford, but they were quickly able to put their first points on the board with a 2-0 home win over Millwall.
The Blades then traveled to take on Middlesbrough in their third league game of the season on Sunday and took the lead through Sander Berge and an own goal from Ryan Giles, but Chuba Akpom hit two goals for the hosts before half-time as Boro came back to earn a draw.
On Wednesday, the Blades hosted Sunderland and took all three points thanks to a 2-1 win, their third victory in four games this season.
Blackburn Rovers hope to bounce back from a midweek defeat after making an impressive start to their Championship campaign. The Lancashire outfit began with wins over Queens Park Rangers and Swansea City, scoring four goals and not conceding in the process, before thrashing Hartlepool United in their EFL Cup first-round tie.
On their return to league action at the weekend, Rovers picked up where they left off with a 2-1 home win over West Bromwich Albion, thanks to goals from Ben Brereton Diaz and Sam Gallagher side of halftime.
