Sao Paulo will looking to get their Brasileiro Serie A campaign back on track when they welcome a struggling JUventude to Morumbi for their league Matchday 14 tie on Sunday night.

Sao Paulo suffered a 2-1 defeat to league leaders Palmeiras last time out, with Patrick’s early strike getting cancelled out by a quick-fire double from their opponents in injury time.

The Soberano have picked up 18 points from 13 games this season and sit mid-table in tenth place. They will now look to shake off their latest result and return to winning ways this weekend and they will draw confidence from their 1-0 win over Palmeiras in the last 16 of the Copa do Brasil.

Meanwhile Juventude are in a poor form at the moment and currently sit at the bottom of the table on 10 points from 13 games, five points adrift of safety.

They are coming off a 3-1 away defeat to Atletico Go last time out in the Serie A. They have now suffered four consecutive league defeats and need to turn around their fortunes as soon as possible if they are to climb off the bottom of the table.
