The in-form Real Madrid will be looking to maintain their seven-point lead in La Liga when they face this season’s surprise package Real Sociedad in a crucial league fixture at San Sebastian on Saturday night with kickoff at 23:00.
Real Sociedad have made an impressive campaign this season claiming eight wins, five draws and two defeats from 15 matches to collect 29 points, which have left them sitting in the third spot level on point with second-placed Atletico Madrid.

Sociedad have been in a good home form though, as the club is yet to lose at home recording four wins and three draws in seven home matches in La Liga. The Basque will therefore look to build on their form as they aim at bounce back in La Liga and keeping up the pace.
Meanwhile Real Madrid have produced a really impressive campaign this season claiming 11 wins, three draws and one defeat from their 15 matches collecting 36 points that have them sitting at the summit of the standings.
Madrid are in a brilliant form as they have recorded a 10-match unbeaten run on the bounce across all competitions, claiming nine victories including a seven-match winning streak and a draw. A run of five wins in La Liga seen them now open up a seven-point lead and are coming off a 1-0 win over Athletic Bilbao on Wednesday. Also Los Blancos have impressed on their travels and are currently on a five-match winning run on the road.
Carlo Ancelotti’s side will therefore, be looking to keep the momentum going in the Saturday’s match as aim at extending their lead.
