Rangers will host Union Saint-Gilloise at the Ibrox Stadium in the second leg of their UEFA Champions League third qualifying round tie on Tuesday night.
Rangers looked like the favorites in the first leg of this fixture last week in Belgium, but the game ended in a shock for the Gers as they suffered a 2-0 defeat, with Teddy Teuma and Dante Vanzeir sealing the advantage for Union.
The two sides had contrasting results in their respective league games last weekend, with Rangers returning to winning ways after s 2-0 victory over Kilmarnock, while Saint-Gilloise suffered a 3-0 defeat at Mechelen.
Now Rangers will be desperate to carry the form into the Tuesday’s clash as they seek to overturn the deficit, while Saint-Gilloise have the two-goal advantage and will be desperate to hang on to that.
Rangers have are a string side in front of their own fans and have just lost one match at home since last September, with the only loss in that period coming against bitter rivals Celtic in a league fixture back in April.
