Colombia and Venezuela will have the opportunity to hand international caps to their fringe players when they meet in an friendly in the early hours of Monday morining.
These two teams met almost exactly three months ago in the opening round of games in the CONMEBOL World Cup qualifiers, which Colombia won 1-0.
Under the guidance of Nestor Lorenzo, Colombia have made great strides and have moved themselves up by two spots in the FIFA World Rankings over the last year.

As it stands, they have qualification in their grasp, currently sitting in fourth place in the standings, three points behind Colombia and two points ahead of Brazil.
Fernando Batista’s side enter this match following back-to-back draws last month, which extended their recent run of results to five matches unbeaten.
