Oxford United and Fleetwood Town will go head to head at the Kassm Stadium on Tuesday, with both teams aiming to claim successive victories in League One.
The hosts are currently sitting in 18th place in the table, four points above the relegation zone, while the visitors are in 15th spot ahead of kick off.
Oxford put an end to a three-game winless run across all competitions on Saturday when they claimed a 3-1 away victory over Boltom Wanderers.
Djavan Anderson gave his side a first-half lead before ciaron Brown doubled the advantage in the 53rd minute, but Dion Charles halved the deficit when he scored for Bolton.
However, a 79th-minute effort from Steve Seddon sealed the 3-1 victory and extended Oxford’s unbeaten away run to four league matches.
While they have performed well away from home, Oxford know that they need to improve upon their poor home form if they are to move away from the relegation zone, having lost their last four home matches across all competitions.
Fleetwood Town are also looking to record successive victories after beating Accrington Stanley 3-0 at the weekend.
After playing out a goalless first half, Carlos Mendes Gomes, Shaun Rooney and Josh Earl all got on the scoresheet in the second half to secure all three points.
The results have left Fleetwood six points clear of the relegation zone in 15th place, although they are just two points better off than Oxford.
Although Scott Brown’s side have won just two away league matches this season, they have proven to be a tough team to beat on the road, losing just one of their previous six away matches in League One.
Fleetwood will be looking to pick up their third away victory of the season on Tuesday, having ended a four-game winless league run.

Oxford United news
Djavan Anderson scored his first Oxford goal on Saturday and he will be looking to add to his tally when he features in the front three.
Marcus Browne could be brought into the side after appearing as a second-half substitute against Bolton Wanderers, which could result in Gatlin O’Domkor dropping down to the bench.
Fleetwood Town news
Fleetwood Town are expected to be without the services of defenders Darnell Johnson and Michael Devlin due to injury issues, with Joe Garner also a doubt.
After scoring five goals this season, Gomes will retain his spot in the forward line, joined in the front three by Callum Morton and Cian Hayes.
Prediction and Odds
Both teams enter the contest off the back of victories and will be feeling confident of picking up successive victories.
However, the teams are separated by just two points in the standings and we think that this will be a closely-fought contest, with both managers satisfied with a share of the spoils.
