OGC Nice vs. FK Partizan Match Analysis and Prediction

Nice has an opportunity to move into a tie for first place in Group D of the Europa Conference League with a victory over Partizan at Allianz Riviera on Thursday with kickoff at 9:45 pm.

Since scoring only a single goal in five of their six October matches, Les Aiglons have not been able to earn much. They are winless in three successive games in all competitions, but they still managed to rescue a point versus Nantes on Sunday.

So far in the Europa League group stage, Nice has struck first in each of its last three games but has only triumphed once.

They conceded twice at home to Czech Republic club Viktoria Plzen on Matchday Four in the final 15 minutes and failed to hang onto a halftime advantage in Belgrade, drawing Partizan 1-1.

Parni valjak will travel to France this week, knowing that a victory would officially book their place in the knockout stage of this competition for a second successive campaign.

The last time they played a match in France was at the 2009-10 Europa League group stage when Toulouse was beaten 1-0.

They are winless in four previous road games against Ligue 1 sides, scoring in only one of those encounters—a 2-2 draw with Nantes many years ago, back in the 1965-66 European Cup.
