How to earn and redeem Betika points

• They can be redeemed for either free bets or cash, which you can use to place more bets or withdraw to your account.
• They have a validity period of 90 days, which gives you enough time to use them wisely.

How to earn Betika points

The requirements for earning Betika points are as follows:

• You need at least a minimum odds of 4.99 and above.
• The minimum bet amount should be at least KES 20.
• You can only earn Betika points for bets placed on sports.
• You can earn a maximum of 200 Betika points per bet.
• You can only earn Betika points for bets that are settled.

The stake and the Betika points you’ll get are based on the following table:

• For example, if you bet KES 100 on a sports event with a total odds of 5.00 or more, you will earn 50 Betika points. If you bet KES 5000 on a sports event with a total odds of 4.99 or less, you will not earn any Betika points.
• Betika Points Award Normal Betika Point award = (Total Stake X Total Odds)/100
• The maximum number of daily points that one user can earn is 500 Betika Points.

How to redeem your Betika points

You have two options to redeem your Betika points: online or via SMS. Here are the steps for each option:

Online

• Log into your account and navigate to the ‘Profile’ section.
  
• Go to the ‘Bonus’/points section.

• You will be shown the available options to redeem your points for free bets or cash. 
• You can choose to redeem either 500 or 1000 points at a time. 

Note that my points are currently zero; however, I will update you with screenshots of the rest of the process once I have earned the points to redeem.

Via SMS

• SMS redeem#500 or 1000 to 29090.
• You will receive a confirmation message with the details of your redemption.

Or

• By dialing *644# and selecting the ‘Profile’ option.

How to check your Betika points

You have three options to check your Betika points balance: online, SMS, or USSD. Here are the steps for each option:

Online

• Log into your account and click on the ‘Profile’ section.

• Go to the ‘Bonus’/points section.

• You will see your current balance and your redemption history.

Via SMS

• Send the word ‘BETIKAPOINTS’ to 29090.
• You will receive a message showing your current balance and your redemption history.

Via USSD

• On your phone, dial *644#
• Select the ‘My Account’ option.

• You will see your current balance and your redemption history.
