Cadiz will welcome Real Betis to Estadio Ramon de Carranza for their La Liga Matchday 10 fixture on Wednesday night.

Cadiz have endured a hard start to La Liga campaign this season, with the side winning just once in their opening nine matches.

They are however turning around their campaign as five consecutive defeats in the opening five matches have now been followed with four unbeaten matches, one victory and three back-to-back draws.

The Andalusians were unlucky not to come away with their second victory of the season last time out, as they conceded a stoppage time penalty in Girona, which was converted by Cristhian Stuani to make it 1-1 after Alex Fernandez had given Cadiz an early second half lead.

Back in front of their supporters we expect Los Piratas to make it tough for their Champions League chasing visitors, as they look to get themselves out of the relegation zone. They currently sit 19 on six points, two points behind 15^th-placed Girona.

Real Betis have indeed made an impressive start to the campaign and are currently involved in top four conversations, as they sit fourth level on 19 points with third-placed Atletico Madrid and three behind Barcelona in second.

Betis are coming off a 3-1 home win over Almeria in La Liga, which saw them bounce back from their two-match winless run that saw them fall to a 1-0 loss at Celta Vigo, before drawing 0-0 at Valladolid. They will now be looking to make it back-to-back victories on the bounce as they hope to continue their charge for the Champions League spots.

They have not lost to Cadiz in their last five meetings, picking up four victories in the run and they should be confident of extending the run on Wednesday.
