Blackburn will be looking make it five successive wins in the Championship when the welcome a struggling Birmingham to Ewood Park for an important league fixture on Saturday evening with kickoff at 18:00.
Blackburn are seeking a return to the Premier League after getting relegated in the 2011-12 season. Lee Bowyer’s side head into the match in poor form having just won one of their last six matches, drawing two while suffering three defeats in the process and are coming off a 2-2 draw against Cardiff City at home last weekend.
Prior to draw Birmingham were off a 3-1 defeat at Millwall and therefore will be looking to put an end to their slump as they aim at staying in touch with the top half.
