Leverkusen are set to host Freiburg at the BayArena inn their closing fixture of the 2021/22 Bundesliga campaign on Saturday evening with kickoff at 16:30.
Leverkusen have done well this season with the side claiming 18 victories from their 33 matches and they enter the last match having already claimed the third place finish. That means that Leverkusen like most of the Bundesliga sides head into their final day of this season with only their pride to fight for.
