West Brom will be looking to build on their first Premier League win this weekend in the Premier League. The side host Crystal Palace at the Hawthorns this Sunday. The match kickoff is at 3 pm.
The Baggies ended their winless run in the Premier League following their 1-0 victory against Sheffield United. However, the side remains in relegation heading into the weekend. Palace has lost back to back matches to slip down to 15th while being seven points above the dotted line.
Last weekend’s win by Slaven Bilic provided a major psychological boost for his players given the weight of pressure off their shoulders ahead of the game. The Baggies had lost six and drawn three of their opening nine matches since returning to the Premier League before Conor Gallagher’s strike got them off the mark for their first win.
With Fulham also winning in their last time out, the Baggies are still in the relegation battle, with one point behind Scott Parker’s side. After picking the momentum, Bilic will be looking to make it back to back wins.
Palace is another side in need of points on the back of defeats to Burnley and Newcastle United without scoring. The Eagles have lost three of their last four matches without finding the back of the net. The exception in the run is their 4-1 victory at home to Leeds United.
