Torino vs Napoli Match Analysis and Prediction

Torino and Napoli go head to head at Stadio Olimpico di Torino in their Serie A Matchday 36 fixture on Saturday evening with kickoff at 16:00 EAT.

Torino extended their unbeaten run to six matches in Serie A last time out as they claimed a 3-1 away victory at Empoli last Saturday. They have won three and drawn three in the run that has seen them climb into the top half as they now sit 10^th on 47 points from 35 games.

They however, are just one point above 11^th-placed Sassuolo and four above both Udinese and Bologna in 12 and 13 respectively. With three matches remaining Torino will be hope to claim maximum points as their look to finish the campaign on the high and in top-half of the table.

Meanwhile Napoli managed to put an end to their three-match winless run, that has seen them fall behind in the title race, with an emphatic 6-1 victory against Sassuolo last Friday. Napoli are now seven points adrift of AC Milan at the summit of the table with three games to go.

They therefore still have a chance to clinch the Scudetto but they will need to win all their remaining fixture and hope that Milan and Inter both drop points in the coming weeks. They are unbeaten against Torino in their previous 13 Serie A matches, claiming nine victories in the run – including the 1-0 victory in the reverse fixture. They should be confident of making back-to-back victories in Serie A on Friday.
