Stevenage will look to continue putting pressure on League Two leaders when they travel to Cherry Red Records Stadium to take on flying-high Wimbledon in their Matchday 22 tie on Saturday evening.
Wimbledon picked up a 0-0 draw against Swindon Town last time out, making it their eighth unbeaten league fixture. The run has seen them rise to 12th place in the league standings with now just three points outside the playoff spots.
They will look to return to winning ways on Saturday, but they are coming up against a formidable Stevenage side and will need to turn their game up a notch.
Stevenage have made an impressive campaign in League Two and currently sit second, four points behind Leyton and five above third-placed Northampton.
They are no doubt seeking a direct promotion to League One next season, but they will need to keep turning in positive results at the moment. They are coming off a 0-0 draw with Mansfield and will be keen to return to winning ways on Saturday.
