Genk will look to extend their lead in the Belgian Pro League when they travel to Het Kuipje to take on Westerlo in their Matchday 21 tie on Tuesday night.
Genk have been impressive this season and currently sit top of the Pro League on 52 points from 20 games, seven points above second-placed St Gilloise.
They are coming off back-to-back league wins over Brugge and Zulte, meaning they have now won 12 of their last 13 league games, with the only defeat coming at Kortrijk at the end of last year. They beat Westerlo 6-1 at home in the reverse fixture earlier this season and will should be confident of completing a double.
It has been an impressive campaign for Westerlo too in the Belgian Pro League, as the side have managed to pick up 30 points from 20 games to sit seventh, which is a big deal for a promoted side.
Their target was to stay in the top tier this season, but are now seeking a Europa League playoffs spot and a win on Tuesday will very crucial. They face a tough tack though and will need to be at the top of game if they are to take anything from the clash.
