West Bromwich Albion will be looking to get their playoff push back on track when they host Coventry City at The Hawthorns on Friday night in the Championship.
To do so, they will need to defeat a team that ended a three-game losing run with a victory over Huddersfield Town last weekend.
West Brom’s promotion credentials were tested on Tuesday night at Turf Moor, and they did not pass. The Baggies suffered their first defeat in the Championship since before Christmas, as they fell to a 2-1 loss against a side that looks set to canter to the title.

The Sky Blues’ top scorer Viktor Gyokeres turned provider against the Terriers, setting up both Gustavo Hamer and Kasey Palmer for second-half goals, with the 24-year-old Swede now boasting 16 goal contributions for the campaign so far.
Manager Mark Robins will be pleased that his side managed to keep a clean sheet for only the second time in five matches.
