Both Troyes and Nantes will look to bounce back to winning ways in Ligue 1 when they face off at the Stade de l’Aube in their Matchday 16 tie in Wednesday evening.
Troyes have led a disappointing campaign in Ligue this season, and seem like they will have big problems avoiding relegation this season. They are only one point above the relegation zone and are without a win in the last seven league games- including a 2-1 defeat to Brest before the Wolrd Cup.
They will be desperate to bounce back on Wednesday and will seek to draw confidence from their 1-0 home win over Nantes from the last league meeting.
Nantes have also been disappointing this season in Ligue 1, with the managing just two victories from their 15 matches and currently sit 15th level on 13 points with Auxerre, who are inside the relegation zone.
They picked up a 2-2 draw against Ajaccio in their previous league fixture, making it their fourth consecutive winless fixture in the league before the break. They will now seek to bounce back to winning ways as the league action returns on Wednesday.
They have the edge in this fixture and should fancy their chances, but they will have to put in a lot of efforts to come away with maximum points.
