Norway vs Finland Match Analysis & Prediction

20/11/2022 4:00 pm

Norway will look to end the year with back to back friendly wins when they welcome Finland to the Ullevaal Stadion on Sunday evening.
Norway recorded a 2-1 win over Ireland in Dublin on Thursday night with Ohi Omoijuanfo getting the winner in the 85th minute.
They will now be looking to overcome Finland in what will be their final fixture this year. The Norwegians missed out on a place in the this month’s World Cup finals, and will use the fixture to prepare for return of competitive fixtures in March next year.
They have a good head-to-head record over Finland and will be looking to continue inserting their dominance on the Finns in the Sunday’s clash. The Thursday’s win should be a good confidence booster.
Meanwhile Finland picked up a 1-1 draw against North Macedonia last Thursday in an international friendly fixture at away.
They have now gone unbeaten in the last three games and will be hoping to maintain the run as they seek to end the year positively. They have struggled against Norway though, falling to 2-0 defeat last time the two met and will need to be at the best on Sunday.
