Top three hopefuls Northampton will look to return to winning ways in League Two when they travel to Wetherby Road to take on Harrogate Town in their Matchday 21 tie on Saturday afternoon.
Northampton have made a good a campaign in League Two this season and are currently sitting third on 39 points from 20 games, four points behind second-placed Stevenage and five above Barrow in fourth.
Cobblers are coming off a 0-0 draw against Rochdale in their previous league fixture, ending their two-match winning streak but extending their unbeaten run to seven games in League Two. Therefore, they have the form heading into the fixture and will look to bounce back as they seek to remain in the automatic promotion berth.
They have beat Harrogate in both League Two fixtures last season and will be hoping for the same this season.
Harrogate, meanwhile, have made a poor campaign in League Two so far this season, with the side only collecting 19 points from 20 games and currently sit 20th, five points outside the relegation zone.
They however seem to have found their stride lately, as they head into the Saturday’s fixture on the back of two league victories over Mansfield (3-0) and Rochdale (4-1). They must therefore be in high spirits ahead of Northampton’s visit and will want to cause them an upset here as they seek to climb further away from the danger zone.
