Dundee vs Kilmarnock Match Analysis & Prediction

05/10/2024 5:00 pm

Kilmarnock will make the trip to the Scot Foam Stadium at Dens Park to face Dundee on Saturday, still in search of their first win of the 2024-25 Scottish Premiership campaign.
The hosts sit eighth in the table with six points from one win and three draws, while the visitors are in 11th position with three points, all from three stalemates.
Dundee remained unbeaten in their opening nine matches of 2024-25, winning six and drawing three, but they have since lost their following three games, leaving them without a win in five encounters.
Tony Docherty’s side will be desperate to put that dismal run to an end on Saturday, and a game against a struggling Kilmarnock could provide them with the perfect opportunity.
Kilmarnock have managed just one win in their initial 13 matches of the 2024-25 campaign, a 1-0 victory against Tromso IL in the second leg of their Europa Conference League third qualifying round.
Derek McInnes remains fairly relaxed about his side’s current situation, even though Kilmarnock are one of only two teams yet to secure a win in the Scottish Premiership, but he believes that a win on Saturday would come at the perfect time with the international break right around the corner.
