Crystal Palace vs Man City Match Analysis & Prediction
07/12/2024 6:00 pm
Man City will be looking to make it back-to-back wins on the bounce in the Premier League as they take on Crystal Palace at the Selhurst Park on Saturday evening.
Man City finally ended their dreadful run as they returned to winning ways with a comfortable 3-0 win over Nottingham Forest on Wednesday night.
That victory snapped City’s seven-game run without a win in all competitions and helped maintain their position inside the top-four of the Premier League.
The champions sit nine points behind league leaders Liverpool, but have started closing that gap following the Reds’ draw on Wednesday. Following the win over Forest, City should pick up another three points at Selhurst Park.
Crystal Palace picked up their first win in four matches when they overcame Ipswich at Portman Road on Tuesday evening.
That victory saw the Eagles move three points clear of the relegation zone, and within three points of 15th place. They will be eager to build on the win but have their work already cut out for them.
