Crystal Palace vs Bournemouth Match Analysis & Prediction
06/12/2023 10:30 pm
The two teams, separated by just three points in England’s top flight, meet on Thursday night when Crystal Palace hosts Bournemouth at Selhurst Park.
Palace made a strong start to the season with just two defeats in their first eight Premier League games but could not build on this strong start. The Eagles have lost four of their last six games alone and had to battle for points with West Ham United last weekend. However, Roy Hodgson’s side will be confident of picking up the three points on Thursday, given their recent performance against Bournemouth (two wins in their last two games).
Bournemouth have had a lot to celebrate in recent weeks. The Cherries hit their lowest point of the season in a 6-1 defeat to Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium on Matchday 11, but they recovered well. Since then, Andoni Iraola’s side has gone unbeaten three times. They defeated Newcastle United and Sheffield United and recently drew 2-2 with in-form Aston Villa.
Crystal Palace vs. Bournemouth Head to head

Crystal Palace Team News
Ebereshi Eze suffered an ankle injury against Luton Town over a week ago and missed last weekend’s draw between Crystal Palace and West Ham United.
The Englishman is expected to return to training this week but is unlikely to feature on Thursday as doctors reportedly do not yet support a return to the pitch.
The hosts’ other injured players, Cheek Doucoure (ruptured Achilles tendon) and Dean Henderson (torn hamstring), are not suspended.
