Coritiba will be looking to avoid a sixth straight Serie A defeat and end a poor run of form when they host Bahia at Estadio Major Antonio Couto Pereira on Friday.
The hosts are currenly rooted at the bottom of the Serie A table on 14 points, eight points adrift of upcoming opponents Bahia just outside the relegation zone.
