Celtic vs Ross County. Match Analysis & Prediction
11/11/2022 12:00 am
Celtic will look to continue their stellar form in the Scottish Premiership when they take on Ross County at Celtic Park this Saturday.
After beating Motherwell last weekend, Celtic will hope to keep their winning streak alive against Ross County, who remain undefeated in the league by defeating Hibernian.
Celtic have been excellent this season and are seven points clear at the top of the Scottish Premiership with a game in hand. They have won their last seven league games, scoring 23 times across these fixtures, and have built consistency as the break for the World Cup nears.
In their last outing, Kyogo Furuhashi and Daizen Maeda scored to give Celtic a 2-1 win away to Motherwell at Fir Park despite a late Ross Tierney reply for the hosts. Celtic return to home soil on Saturday and will be looking to maintain their 100% record at Celtic Park before league action pauses until December.
With two wins in their last three matches, Ross County has recovered from a poor start to the season and is now 10th in the league standings.
Goals from George Harmon and Alex Iacovitti silenced an expectant home crowd as Ross County beat Hibernian 2–0 in their last match.
Although they have not beaten Celtic since the 2020-21 Scottish Premiership season, it will be difficult for them to gain a result at Celtic Park on Saturday.
