Melbourne City will be looking to quickly bounce back to winning ways in the A-League when they visit the Dolphin Stadium to take on Brisbane in their Matchday 13 tie on Saturday morning.
Back-to-back champions Melbourne City have made a good start to this campaign as they eye their third consecutive A-League title. They sit at the summit at the standings on 26 points from 11 games, four points clear of second-placed Central Coast.
They picked up a 1-1 draw against Western Sydney on the road in their previous league fixture and they can’t afford another slip up in Brisbane. They have won six of their last seven meetings against Brisbane and should fancy their chances on Saturday.
