Both Barrow and Rochdale will be looking to bounce back to winning ways in League Two when they square off at Holker Street on Monday evening.
Barrow are coming off a 2-1 home defeat to Tranmere last time out, making it fourth winless match in League Two. The run has seen them drop to 11th position, three points off the playoff spots now.
Pete Wild’s side will therefore be desperate to avoid another setback on Monday as they seek to remain within the playoff places. They have not beaten Rochdale in their last four meetings, but considering their visitors’ form this season, Barrow should fancy their chances.
Rochdale have made a disappointing campaign in League Two this season. They currently sit 23rd in the league standings, only one point above rock-bottom Gillingham.
They suffered a 4-3 away defeat to Doncaster last time in League Two, extending their losing streak to five games in the division and they will be desperate to get their season back on track on Monday.
