Al Fateh vs Al Ittihad Match Analysis & Prediction
16/03/2024 10:00 pm
Al Fateh will be attempting to get their season back on track this Saturday after seven matches without a victory when they welcome Al Ittihad to the Al Fateh Club Stadium.
The visitors currently occupy fourth position in the Saudi Pro League and continue to try and place pressure on the teams above them.
Al Fateh last recorded a victory on December 23, and there is certainly growing pressure on the team from the fanbase to start delivering on the pitch.
Slaven Bilic have only guided his side to three victories at the Al Fateh Club Stadium, and that form is a bit reason why the club currently sit in eighth position.
Three points this weekend could have a major impact due to the division still being tight, as Al Fateh could potentially rise to sixth by the end of the weekend if other results go in their favour.
Al Ittihad will be keen to ensure that does not happen, and considering they sit four places higher than their opponents in the league standings.
However, much like Al Fateh, Al Ittihad are not coming into this weekend in the best of form after winning just once in their previous four matches across all competitions..
The Tigers were recently eliminated from the AFC Champions League by Al Hilal in the quarter-finals, with Marcelo Gallardo’s side failing to score throughout two games as they were beaten 4-0 on aggregate.
With Al Ittihad 13 points away from the top two right now there is little margin for error in each match, and that pressure is something that Gallardo will be attempting to manage.

Al Ittihad Team News
Al Ittihad can welcome back N’Golo Kante following his suspension, which will provide both experience and energy into the midfield as the French international is a driving force for the team.
However, Karim Benzema is still unavailable for Al Ittihad due to the chronic pain he is dealing with, which will be frustrating for the fans considering the fact that they have struggled for goals lately.
