Slovenia looks to break their two-defeat run as they face North Macedonia in an International friendly match this Tuesday at the Tose Proski Arena with kickoff at 19:00.
North Macedonia will use the friendly as a preparation for their debut in the Euro 2020 kicking off in two weeks. The hosts have been placed in group C alongside Austria, the Netherlands and Ukraine and they need to be ready as its not an easy group for them.
North Macedonia come into the match off the back of a famous 1-2 win against the football giants Germany in the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers. Surely, the win gives them confidence of daring to dream higher as they head into Euro 2021. Macedonia have won four of their last six matches losing the other two with 12 goals and only conceding six goals in that run.
Meanwhile Slovenia failed to qualify for Euro 2020 and will be using the friendly fixture as preparation for the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers in September. They head into the friendly of the back of two defeats to Cyprus (1-0) and Russia (2-1).
