After a revival in their form before the international break, Motherwell aims to continue this weekend when they take on Hearts of Midlothian. The match schedules for Saturday at Fir Park with kickoff at 6 pm.
Hearts will look to put distance between themselves and the other deadbeat clubs in the Scottish Premiership as they travel to face Motherwell.
Moreover, the opponents haven’t been nearly as dominant as Celtic this year, but that does not mean that Craig Levein’s men aren’t good.
In addition, Hearts’ last matchup saw Dundee United come to Tynecastle and leave with a 1-0 loss to Hearts.
However, despite their lack of form, Motherwell’s league position places them comfortably in midtable, and they’ll be hopeful that the European breaks don’t hurt their results as they return to domestic action after the international break.
If St Johnstone got one over Hearts last week, it will have lifted the home supporters, who should also see this as a good chance to return to winning ways.
This could prove difficult, though, as only Rangers and Celtic have found the back of the net more frequently than Hearts in the SPL.
Hearts produced a much-improved display to beat Inverness Caledonian Thistle 2-0 at Tynecastle.
The victory over John Robertson’s side means the world champions become the first Hearts side since 1985 to win their opening four games in all competitions.

Motherwell Team News
With Motherwell victorious by a single goal against Aberdeen at Fir Park on Friday night, it looks like manager Mark Reynolds will keep the same team that started the game for their away game at St Johnstone tomorrow.
