Hull City and Leicester City will continue their preparations for the 2022-23 campaign with a pre-season friendly against MK Dons at the MKM Stadium on Wednesday with kickoff at 9:45 pm.
Hull City opened their preparations for the 2022-23 Championship season with a 2-0 defeat to Fenerbahce on July 10 and then ran out 3-1 winners over Malaga on Saturday afternoon, with Lewie Coyle, Jacob Greaves, and Alfie Jones scoring for the Tigers.
The Tigers now have three more friendlies against Leicester City, Cambridge United and Peterborough United before opening their 2022-23 season at home to Bristol City on July 30.
Shota Arveladze’s side finished 19th in the Championship last season, 14 points clear of the relegation zone, and there is no question that they will be looking to push higher up the table this term.
Hull City have been busy this summer in terms of incomings, with Allahyar Sayyadmanesh, Ozan Tufan, Jean Michael Seri, Oscar Estupinan, Tobias Figueiredo and Nathan Baxter moving to the club.
Leicester City kicked off their pre-season schedule with a 2-1 defeat to Notts County on July 9 before drawing 3-3 with OH Leuven on Saturday.
Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Patson Daka and Jamie Vardy scored for the Foxes, who have four more friendlies before opening their 2022-23 Premier League campaign against Brentford on August 7.

Hull City Team News
Hull City’s starting lineup is likely to be similar to the one that took the field for the club’s first match of the season against Malaga, with Estupinan expected to play in the final third of the field. Tufan is also likely to start, with Sayyadmanesh joining the team this summer on a permanent basis from Fenerbahce.
