Both Azerbaijan and Belarus will be looking for their first wins in the on-going UEFA Nations League campaign when they face off at the Dalga Arena in their fourth Group C3 round on Monday night.
Both sides have made poor starts to the UEFA Nations League campaign with Azerbaijan suffering two defeats and drawing one of their opening three fixtures, while Belarus opened with a defeat before claiming back-to-back draws.
They now occupy the bottom two spots in Group 3 of League c with Azerbaijan rooted at the bottom on one point, while Belarus sit third one point above their Monday hosts. Both will therefore be looking for a victory on Monday, although Azerbaijan will be more desperate as they need all three points to stand a better chance of surviving League C.
A defeat for the hosts will put them in a tricky position as that will see them go four points behind Belarus with tough matches against Kazakhstan and Slovakia remaining to go. The two played a 0-0 draw in the reverse fixture and we are backing a similar result on Monday.
