Armenia will welcome Scotland to the Vazgen Sargsyan Republic Stadium for their fourth round tie in the on-going UEFA Nations League campaign on Tuesday night.
Both are coming off thumping 3-0 defeats to Ukraine and Ireland respectively and will be desperate to bounce back to winnings ways on Tuesday. Following the defeat to Ukraine, Armenia have now suffered back-to-back defeats in the Nations League after their opening day win over Ireland.
They now sit at the bottom of the group, although they are level on points with Scotland and Ireland in the third and second spots respectively, and are just three points behind Ukraine at the top of the group. However, both Scotland and Ukraine have played one match less thus Armenia will be more desperate for a victory in this clash.
Scotland claimed a 2-0 victory in the reverse fixture, which was their opening match, before suffering the disappointing defeat in Dublin on Saturday. The Scots have now won just one of their last five games across all competitions and are much in need of a victory if they are to challenge for the top spot in Group B1.
